TSC bow out of UEFA Conference League after double defeat to Jagiellonia

BJALYSTOK - Serbian football outfit TSC Backa Topola have failed to qualify for the UEFA Conference League round of 16 after a 3-1 away defeat to Polish side Jagiellonia Bjalystok in the return leg of the knockout stage play-offs on Thursday evening.

In the first leg in Backa Topola, Jagiellonia also won 3-1.

Kristoffer Hansen put Jagiellonia in front in the 8th minute and Marko Lazetic equalised in the 17th minute following an Ivan Milosavljevic assist.

The Polish champions took the lead again in the 70th minute through Jesus Imaz and TSC's Viktor Radojevic made it 3-1 to Jagiellonia in the 76th minute, scoring an own goal by deflecting a Darko Churlinov shot.
