Danilovic through to Rouen semi-finals

ROUEN, - Serbian tennis player Olga Danilovic is through to the semi-finals of the Rouen WTA tournament after a 7-6 (11-9), 4-6, 6-1 quarter-final win over Japanese Moyuka Uchijima on Friday.

World number 39 Danilovic won after two hours and 32 minutes of play.

Uchijima is 60th in the WTA rankings.

In the semi-final, the Serbian will face the winner of the tie between Suzan Lamens of the Netherlands and Tiantsoa Rakotomanga of France.

The prize money at the Rouen tournament is 239,212 euros.
