Djere loses to Alcaraz in Rome Masters third round

ROME - Serbian tennis player Laslo Djere suffered a 7-6 (7-2), 6-2 defeat to Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz in the third round of the Rome Masters tournament on Sunday evening.

Djere's injury problems made things easier for Alcaraz, who will next face Russian Karen Khachanov.

The prize money at the Rome Masters is 8,055,385 euros.
