Djokovic beats Moutet to advance to Roland Garros third round

PARIS - Serbia's top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the Roland Garros third round after a 6-3, 6-2, 7-6 (7-1) victory over Frenchman Corentin Moutet on Thursday evening.

Djokovic, who won after three hours and five minutes of play, is now 3-0 head-to-head against Moutet.

He will next face the winner of the tie between Canadian Denis Shapovalov and Austrian Filip Misolic.
