Partizan win Serbian basketball league title after 11 years

SUBOTICA - Partizan Belgrade have won the Serbian basketball Superliga by beating Spartak Subotica 93-79 (19-24, 26-20, 27-17, 21-18) in Game 2 of the play-off finals in Subotica on Tuesday evening, winning the series 2-0.

It is the first national league title for Partizan since 2014 and their 22nd in club history.

Duane Washington led the scoring for Partizan with 41 points and Arijan Lakic and Isiaha Mike each added 15 points.

Luka Cerovina stood out for Spartak with 22 points and Dusan Miletic added 21.
