Djokovic beats de Minaur to advance to Wimbledon quarter-finals

LONDON - Serbia's top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the Wimbledon quarter-finals after a 1-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 victory over world number 11 Alex de Minaur of Australia in the fourth round on Monday.

Djokovic, who is sixth in the ATP rankings, won after three hours and 20 minutes of play and is now 3-1 head-to-head against de Minaur.

In the quarter-finals, Djokovic will face Italian Flavio Cobolli, who defeated Croatian Marin Cilic 6-4, 6-4, 6-7 (4-7), 7-6 (7-3) earlier in the day.
