Djokovic remains sixth in ATP rankings

LONDON - Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic remains in sixth place in the latest ATP rankings, released on Monday, while Wimbledon champion Jannik Sinner of Italy has solidified his grasp on the number one position.
Djokovic has lost 500 ATP points after failing to qualify for the Wimbledon final, making his tally 4,130 points.
Sinner tops the rankings with 12,030 points, Wimbledon finalist Carlos Alcaraz of Spain is in the second place with 8,600 points, and is followed by German Alexander Zverev (6,310), American Taylor Fritz (5,035), Briton Jack Draper (4,650), Djokovic, Italian Lorenzo Musetti (3,350), Dane Holger Rune (3,340), American Ben Shelton (3,330) and Russian Andrey Rublev (3,110) in the top ten.
Serbian Miomir Kecmanovic has slid down one position to 50th place, Laslo Djere ranks 60th, Hamad Medjedovic dropped four positions to 72nd place, while Dusan Lajovic is in 119th position.
In the Wimbledon semi-finals, Djokovic lost 6-3, 6-3, 6-4 to Sinner on Friday after an hour and 50 minutes of play.
