BELGRADE - Serbian football club Partizan Belgrade dismissed head coach Srdjan Blagojevic on Sunday after two consecutive defeats.
"At the proposal of Vice President for Sports Affairs Predrag Mijatovic, the FK Partizan Board of Directors decided to dismiss first team coach Srdjan Blagojevic," the club said in a statement, adding that assistant coaches Marko Jovanovic and Djordjije Cetkovic would be in charge of the team in the two matches before the international break.
On October 28, Partizan suffered a shock exit from the national cup, losing 2-0 to Macva in the round of 32, and then lost 4-1 to Cukaricki in the Serbian Superliga on Saturday.
