Milenkovic, Filipovic take Football Association of Serbia Golden Ball awards

STARA PAZOVA - Nottingham Forest defender Nikola Milenkovic and Spartak Moscow midfielder Tijana Filipovic claimed on Thursday the 2025 Football Association of Serbia (FSS) Golden Ball awards as Players of the Year.

Head coach of the Serbia women's national football team Lidija Stojkanovic was named Coach of the Year and Zeleznicar Pancevo boss Radomir Kokovic was awarded a Golden Ball as Most Promising Coach of the Year.

Vasilije Kostov and Aleksandra Gajic were named Most Promising Players of the Year.

Veljko Paunovic, head coach of the Serbia men's national football team, presented to Kostov the Code of a National Team Member, which was unveiled at the Golden Ball ceremony, held at the FSS Sports Centre in Stara Pazova near Belgrade.

OFK Belgrade head coach Simo Krunic, whose club has earned successive promotions from Division 3 to the Serbian Superliga under his stewardship, received a special honour.
