Krunic/Danilina through to Doha semi-finals

DOHA - The Serbian-Kazakh pair of Aleksandra Krunic and Anna Danilina is through to the women's doubles semi-finals at the Doha WTA tennis tournament after beating the all-Australian duo of Storm Hunter and Maya Joint 6-2, 4-6, 10-4 in the quarter-finals on Thursday.

Krunic and Danilina, who won after an hour and 24 minutes of play, will face the Brazilian-Canadian pairing of Luisa Stefani and Gabriela Dabrowski in the semi-finals.

The prize money at the Doha tournament is 4,088,211 dollars.
