DUBAI - The Serbian-Kazakh duo of Aleksandra Krunic and Anna Danilina is through to the women's doubles quarter-finals at the Dubai WTA tennis tournament after defeating the Indian-Thai pair of Rutuja Bhosale and Peangtarn Plipuech 6-3, 7-6 (7-4) on Wednesday.
Krunic and Danilina, who won after an hour and 44 minutes of play, will next face the Ukrainian-US pairing of Lyudmyla Kichenok and Desirae Krawczyk.
Krunic and Danilina won the Doha WTA tournament last week, beating Jelena Ostapenko and Hsieh Su-wei in the women's doubles final.
