Medjedovic beats Altmeier to win Naples challenger tournament

NAPLES - Serbian tennis player Hamad Medjedovic won the Tennis Napoli Cup on Sunday after beating German Daniel Altmeier 6-2, 6-4 in the final of the Naples ATP Challenger tournament.

Medjedovic, who won after an hour and 39 minutes of play, is now back in the Top 100 of the ATP rankings, moving up from the 115th to the 81st position.
