Kecmanovic through to Rome Masters second round

ROME - Serbian tennis player Miomir Kecmanovic is through to the second round of the Rome Masters tournament after a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Czech Dalibor Svrcina in the opening round on Thursday.

Kecmanovic won after an hour and 25 minutes of play.

He will next face 12th seed Andrey Rublev of Russia.
