Kecmanovic, Medjedovic knocked out of Wimbledon singles event

LONDON - Serbian tennis players Miomir Kecmanovic and Hamad Medjedovic both suffered early exits from the Wimbledon men's singles event on Monday.

In the opening round, Kecmanovic lost 4-6, 6-3, 6-7 (6-8), 6-2, 6-3 to world number one and defending champion Jannik Sinner after three hours and 30 minutes of play.

Earlier, Medjedovic was defeated 1-6, 6-2, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 by Austrian Sebastian Ofner after two hours and 54 minutes of play.
