Marko Savic unveiled as new FK Vojvodina head coach

NOVI SAD - Serbian football coach Marko Savic was unveiled as new Vojvodina Novi Sad boss on Tuesday.

Savic, 42, succeeds Miroslav Tanjga, whose contract with the club was terminated by mutual agreement four days ago.

Previously, Savic has coached Levadia Tallinn and Serbian clubs Vozdovac Belgrade, Zeleznicar Pancevo and Cukaricki Belgrade.

He will make his debut as Vojvodina head coach in Thursday's second leg of the UEFA Conference League second qualifying round tie against Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam.

Ajax won the first leg 4-1 in Novi Sad last week.
