Cukaricki finish Conference League campaign with zero points won

LIMBURG - Serbian side Cukaricki lost 2-0 to Genk away from home in the last round of the UEFA Europa Conference League group stage on Thursday evening.

Despite missing a penalty kick in the 9th minute and going a man down in the 33rd minute, Genk won through goals by Bryan Heynen (21 min) and Joseph Paintsil (57 min), but the victory proved insufficient to secure them a spot in the knockout stage.

In the other Group F match, Fiorentina and Ferencvaros drew 1-1, qualifying for the Conference League knockout stage.

Fiorentina are on top of the group table with 12 points and are followed by Ferencvaros with 10 points and Genk with nine points, while Cukaricki are at the bottom with zero points.
