Serbia outclass Israel in water polo European championship opener

ZAGREB - The Serbia men's national water polo team outclassed Israel 22-1 (6-0, 5-0, 5-1, 6-0) in its first match at the European championship in Croatia.

Marko Radulovic lead the scoring for Serbia with four goals and Strahinja Rasovic, Sava Randjelovic, Radomir Drasovic and captain Nikola Jaksic all scored three goals, while Nir Gross netted the only goal for Israel from a penalty shot.

In the remaining two games of the group stage, Serbia face Germany on Sunday and Malta on Tuesday.
