Djokovic to make return in Hamburg - report

PARIS - Following a knee surgery, Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic will return to court at the Hamburg ATP tournament, to begin on July 15, France's L'Equipe reports.

The report said Djokovic could theoretically even play at Wimbledon, which begins on July 1, but that it was more likely that he would not take such a risk due to his great desire to win the Olympic gold, the only title he has never won in his career.

The Hamburg event is a clay court tournament, making it all the more likely to be a dress rehearsal for the Olympic Games, which start on July 27.
