BELGRADE - Serbia's unemployed population totalled 337,306 in November 2025, declining by 16,732 from 354,038 registered a year before, according to the latest figures released by the national employment service NSZ.
Unemployed men were greatly outnumbered by female job seekers, of which there were 189,780.
In November 2025, 18,999 people were registered as unemployed, while 10,434 people found jobs.
Hotel, office and toilet cleaners were the most in demand by employers, and programmers, kitchen assistants and couriers followed.
On the other hand, computer game designers, restaurant managers, physical education teachers and computer network development specialists were the least sought-after professionals, the NSZ said.
