2.16 mln foreign tourists visit Serbia in January-November 2025

BELGRADE - A total 2.16 mln foreign tourists visited Serbia between January and November 2025, and the majority - 227,928 - came from Turkey, according to figures released by the national statistical office RZS.

The number of foreign tourists in the first 11 months of last year was down by 1.8 pct relative to the same period of the year before.

Chinese visitors (175,385) were the second largest group of foreign tourists, and visitors from Russia (161,437), Bosnia and Herzegovina (143,240) and Germany (126,653) followed.

Foreign tourists generated 5.58 mln overnight stays, which was a 0.5 pct decline y-o-y.

They mostly visited cities, primarily Belgrade (1.18 mln visits), while mountain and spa resorts attracted 255,221 and 125,182 foreign visitors, respectively.
