WASHINGTON - Serbian First Deputy PM and Finance Minister Sinisa, Mali, who is in Washington for the IMF/World Bank Spring Meetings, met with representatives of the Fitch credit agency on Friday.
In January, Fitch affirmed Serbia's BB+ long-term credit rating with a positive outlook, confirming the solid macroeconomic foundations of the country's economy and the responsible economic policy conducted by the Serbian government.
Later in the day, Mali will also meet with World Bank Vice President for Europe and Central Asia Antonella Bassani, as well as with the Swiss constituency in the IMF.
He will also speak with investors at a meeting to be hosted by the Bank of America.
