BELGRADE - The World Bank forecasts Serbia's GDP growth to be 2.3 pct in 2023 and 3-4 pct in the next two years.
Speaking at a presentation of the World Bank Regular Economic Report for the Western Balkans, World Bank Country Manager for Serbia Nicola Pontara said 2023 GDP growth in the region was projected at 2.6 pct.
Serbia registered a record-high employment rate of 53.3 pct in 2022 while the jobless rate in the region amounted to 13.2 pct at the end of last year, the presentation was also told.
