Brnabic: Meetings with UK ministers were extremely good

LONDON - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic said on Tuesday she had had extremely good meetings with the UK's Energy Security and Net Zero Secretary Grant Shapps and Foreign Secretary James Cleverly in London earlier in the day to discuss all forms of future cooperation.

Speaking to reporters after the meetings, Brnabic said she had signed a MoU on energy with Cleverly and that the UK had expressed a desire to get involved in Serbia's new energy policy, which includes a gradual transition to green energy.

She said the UK administration was interested in all power generation facilities, from major hydropower plants to small energy sources, as well as in power storage facilities and energy efficiency.
