Vucic: Reports about acquisition of Montenegro bank untrue

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Monday dismissed as untrue reports the Serbian Postal Savings Bank was to acquire Montenegro's Prva Banka, whose largest stakeholder is Aco Djukanovic, the brother of former Montenegrin president Milo Djukanovic.

"As for (reports about) an acquisition of the Djukanovic-owned Prva banka by the Postal Savings Bank, that is a notorious untruth. I think the Postal Savings Bank itself has denied that. We are used to such untruths in Serbia," Vucic said at a joint press conference with Montenegrin President Jakov Milatovic.
