Vucic meets with Borrel, Cleverly and Mitsotakis in Munich

MUNICH - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with EU foreign policy and security chief Josep Borrell at the 59th Munich Security Conference on Friday.

"A brief meeting with Josep Borrell. A new meeting and a continuation of the fight to preserve peace and stability across the Western Balkans is ahead of us as early as tomorrow," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram profile.

Previously, Vucic also met with UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly and Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

In separate Instagram posts, Vucic said the meeting with Cleverly had been "important and useful" and that the discussion with Mitsotakis had been "very good, sincere and friendly."

On the sidelines of the conference, Vucic is also due to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and US State Secretary Antony Blinken.
