Brnabic meets with Bundestag members

BELGRADE - Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic met with German Bundestag members Tilman Kuban and David Preisendanz in Belgrade on Monday, and noted the significant role of the parliament in Serbia's EU integration process.

The meeting was held in the parliament building.

Commenting on the current challenges facing Serbia on the EU path, Brnabic underscored a commitment to carrying out the necessary reforms and to advancing the institutional cooperation, an official statement said.

The parties agreed that opening a new cluster in the EU accession talks was necessary as a strong incentive for Serbia.
