Vucic: We will preserve Serbia's integrity

PECINCI - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday Serbia's integrity as defined by the Constitution would be preserved, but noted that past mistakes must not be repeated.

"A period that will not be easy is ahead of us, but you need to know that Serbia always comes away victorious when we pursue a responsible, serious and wise policy," Vucic said in an address to residents of Donji Tovarnik, near Pecinci, northwestern Serbia.

"We will preserve the integrity of our Serbia, but we will not be isolated at the same time," he noted.

"We will also be preserving peace because we have no children to waste. We have made many mistakes in the past and we must not repeat such mistakes anymore," he said.
