Djuric meets with von Beckerath

BELGRADE - Serbian FM Marko Djuric met with the head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Andreas von Beckerath on Wednesday.

"I emphasised that the EU acknowledging Serbia’s fulfillment of all the criteria for opening Cluster 3 gives us even greater motivation to remain committed to the reform process," Djuric posted on X.

"Moreover, in the months ahead, such an achievement would further encourage us to work closely with all member states to present the arguments and reasons why it is in the interest of not only Serbia, but also the European Union, to send a strong signal by opening this Cluster.

The European family cannot be complete without Serbia and without a region that represents a true treasury of potential - economic, agricultural, technological, academic and beyond," Djuric concluded.
