"A cordial meeting with Marcel Pesko, whom I congratulated on assuming the duty of the head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, and expressed a commitment to continuing the good cooperation our country has with that organisation. Vucic noted that he had especially stressed that, in spite of the challenges it was facing, Serbia believed the OSCE still represented the most significant security platform for dialogue, and that it was ready to contribute to revitalising and strengthening constructive dialogue and to jointly created plans that would be aligned with Serbia's progress and actual needs on the reform path.

"I noted that Serbia has approached, in a serious and agreement-based manner, the implementation of ODIHR recommendations in terms of amendments to the Law on the Unified Electoral Roll, media laws and the process of electing the members of the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media, of which I informed the new head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia in more detail," Vucic wrote in the post.

He added that they had also discussed other topics of importance for future cooperation and that he had reiterated gratitude for the support provided by OSCE on Serbia's path to full EU membership, through assistance and cooperation in the fields of rule of law, human rights and democracy.
