Dacic, Hammouchi discuss Serbia-Morocco police cooperation

MARRAKESH - Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said on Monday he had had a very good meeting with the head of Morocco's General Directorate for National Security Abdellatif Hammouchi on the sidelines of the 93rd Interpol General Assembly session in Marrakesh.

In an Instagram post, Dacic wrote that he had wished Hammouchi much success as the host of the session and thanked him for Morocco's support to date for efforts to keep the provisional institutions in Pristina from joining Interpol.

"At the meeting, we discussed the cooperation between the two police forces to date, as well as opportunities to advance it in the coming period, especially in the field of fighting organised crime and terrorism. I noted that the Moroccan police have a dependable partner in Serbian police, and invited Hammouchi to visit the Republic of Serbia," Dacic posted.
