Serbia, Kazakhstan exchange ten memoranda in Astana

ASTANA - At a ceremony also attended by Presidents Aleksandar Vucic and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Serbia and Kazakhstan exchanged ten signed bilateral documents on cooperation in Astana on Friday.

"The exchanged documents include a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Health of Serbia and the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan in the field of health; a Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia and the Asset Recovery Committee of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Kazakhstan; and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications of Serbia and the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan," the Serbian government said in a statement.

"Also, MoUs were exchanged in the field of veterinary medicine, in the field of culture on cooperation in the film sector, and in the field of preservation of intangible cultural heritage.

A MoU in the field of digitalisation and the development of electronic governance; a MoU between the Development Agency of Serbia and Kazakh Invest; and a Memorandum of Cooperation between the two countries’ diplomatic academies were signed and exchanged," it also said.
