COPENHAGEN - Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic met with Belgian Senate President Vincent Blondel in Copenhagen on Monday.

The two officials met on the sidelines of a conference of parliament speakers of EU member states and candidate countries.

"We discussed Serbia's progress on the EU path and the significance of a process based on merit and measurable reforms, with equal treatment of all candidates," Brnabic posted on Instagram.

Serbia remains firmly committed to European integration, primarily with a view to ensuring a better future to all Serbian citizens, she noted.

Brnabic, Stevanovic discuss strengthening of Serbia-Slovenia parliamentary cooperation

COPENHAGEN - Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic met with Slovenian counterpart Zoran Stevanovic in Copenhagen on Monday to discuss strengthening of parliamentary cooperation.

Brnabic, who met with Stevanovic on the sidelines of a conference of parliament speakers of EU member states and candidate countries, said she looked forward to his visit to Serbia in the near future.

"A cordial discussion with the newly-elected president of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia. We exchanged views on strengthening of parliamentary cooperation, with a mutual readiness for further advancement of relations," Brnabic posted on Instagram.

She added that she had extended an invitation to Stevanovic to pay an official visit to Serbia. "Stevanovic gladly accepted it. I look forward to that visit, which we will make happen in the near future," Brnabic noted.
