Brnabic meets with representatives of other EU candidate countries

COPENHAGEN - Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic said on Tuesday she had had a discussion with the parliament speakers of other EU candidate countries in Copenhagen about the necessity that the same rules apply to all in the EU accession process.

Brnabic, who was in Copenhagen for a conference of parliament speakers of EU member states and candidate countries, posted on Instagram that she had discussed with her counterparts the need to strengthen cooperation among EU candidate countries.

"An initiative was launched to hold a joint conference to harmonise our positions, share our experiences and accelerate further the European integration process. The necessity that the same rules apply to all is what we all stressed," she posted.
