Vucevic: Quint's goal is soonest possible recognition of so-called Kosovo by Serbia

BELGRADE - Serbian Defence Minister Milos Vucevic said on Friday the objective of the Quint states was a soonest possible recognition of the so-called Kosovo by Serbia.

Speaking to Prva TV, Vucevic said the Quint wanted to "get that story over with" as soon as possible to prevent Russia or anyone else from using the so-called Kosovo precedent to commit an aggression on another state to get a part of its territory to secede.

"If Serbia agrees to independence of Kosovo-Metohija, then there is no violent secession, and their promise is that it is only after that that Serbia will be given some kind of perspective," Vucevic said.
