Vucic receives farewell visit from Kazakh ambassador

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic received a farewell visit from Kazakh Ambassador to Belgrade Madi Atamkulov on Friday and thanked him for his significant contribution to advancement of Serbia-Kazakhstan relations, as well as for his consistent and principled position of support for the preservation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Serbia.

"I extended special gratitude to Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for the exceptional cooperation and the enormous progress we have achieved in the relations between Serbia and Kazakhstan," Vucic posted on Instagram.

He added that the ambassador's farewell visit had been an opportunity to reaffirm a commitment to strengthening further the friendly ties between Serbia and Kazakhstan.

Vucic wished Atamkulov much success in his further work.
