Dacic, Lekic discuss Serbia-Montenegro ties

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic met with the head of Montenegro's parliamentary committee on international affairs and expatriates Miodrag Lekic on Monday.

They agreed that bilateral relations needed to be advanced further and that exchanges of high-level political visits played a special role in that.

They especially noted the significance of joint infrastructure projects and their importance for further advancement of cooperation in various areas, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

In a friendly and open conversation, the parties exchanged views on a series of topics of mutual interest.

Besides reviewing bilateral ties, they also exchanged views on current regional and global affairs.
