Vucic: What we have achieved in China is historic

BELGRADE- Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday the achievements of his visit to China were historic in significance and character and that Serbia had been presented as an independent and successful country.

"I believe that what we have achieved in China is historic in significance and character, which will be evident in the years and decades ahead of us. We were able to learn a lot as well as to present Serbia on the world map as a freedom-loving, independent and successful country," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account that also included a video about a Serbian delegation's visit to China and the cordial welcome it was given upon arriving in Beijing for a Belt and Road forum.

During the October 17-18 visit, the Serbian delegation signed 18 agreements on cooperation with the Asian nation, including a FTA.
