Serbia 3x3 basketball team beats reigning champions Spain at World Cup

WARSAW - The Serbia 3x3 basketball team beat defending champions Spain 16-12 in a Group A, Round 2 encounter at the FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2026 on Monday evening.

Earlier, Serbia also defeated Madagascar 21-14.

The Serbia team is comprised of Strahinja Stojacic, Nemanja Barac, Andreja Milutinovic and Nenad Nerandzic.

Stojacic led Serbia to victory against Spain with nine points.

Serbia will next face Australia and Austria on Wednesday.
