Serbia climb to 40th place in new FIFA world rankings

ZURICH - The Serbia men's national football team ranks 40th in the latest FIFA world rankings after moving up by three positions despite not having played at the recently finished FIFA World Cup 2026.

In the new rankings, released on Tuesday, Serbia have 1502.13 points.

New world champions Spain are in the number one spot with 1995.88 points and are followed by Argentina, France, England, Brazil, Morocco and Portugal, with Belgium, the Netherlands and Mexico rounding out the top ten.
