Trading at BELEX lowest since December 6

Wednesday's trading at the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) was at the lowest level in almost a month and a half, while BELEX indexes continued to rebound with solid gains.

BELGRADE - Wednesday's trading at the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) was at the lowest level in almost a month and a half, while BELEX indexes continued to rebound with solid gains.


The overall trading volume was just 1.6 mln dinars (around 14 thousand euros), the lowest since December 6, when it totalled 1.8 mln dinars.


The BELEX15 index rose 0.9 pct to 704.25 points and BELEXline strengthened almost 0.6 pct, closing at 1,524.67 points.


Naftna Industrija Srbije shares saw the highest trading volume - approx. 1.1 mln dinars - with a 0.3 pct price drop to 687 dinars (1 euro = 118 dinars).


Nikola Tesla Airport was the gainer of the day with a 6.5 pct rise to 1,182 dinars, registering a volume of 0.2 mln dinars.
