Vucic to discuss growth with European leaders in Davos

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will on Tuesday attend a working lunch on generating growth for central and eastern Europe, to be held at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

DAVOS - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will on Tuesday attend a working lunch on generating growth for central and eastern Europe, to be held at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Croatian PM Andrej Plenkovic, Polish President Andrzej Duda, European Parliament President David Maria Sassoli and Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda will also be taking part in the event, to be moderated by Euronews journalist Isabelle Kumar.

Previously, in addition to having several bilateral meetings, Vucic took part in a panel on diplomatic dialogue on the Western Balkans.

He will also attend a speech by US President Donald Trump and meet with US national security adviser Robert O'Brien and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development President Suma Chakrabarti on the fringes of the forum.

The main themes of this year's WEF are climate change and climate action.
