Vucic, German ambassador sign deal on partnership for industrial development in Serbia

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and German Ambassador to Belgrade Anke Konrad signed on Thursday an agreement between the Office of the President of the Republic of Serbia and the German Ministry of Economy on continuing an institutional partnership aimed at strengthening industrial development in Serbia.

"Proud of everything (presidential advisor) Jorg Heeskens has done for Serbia in bringing foreign investors. Today, as president, I signed a new agreement on his support with representatives of the German government. I am very happy about that," Vucic wrote in an Instagram post.

He added that he had also had a brief discussion with Konrad after the signing ceremony.
