Mali: Reform of energy sector, EPS to start immediately

MT KOPAONIK - Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali said on Wednesday a reform of Serbia's energy sector and the national power company EPS would begin immediately.

"We will immediately start reforming both the energy sector and EPS as we are transforming the EPS into a joint stock company and working on a restructuring programme, which is one of our reform goals defined in the new arrangement with the IMF," Mali said at the Kopaonik Business Forum.

"We are not afraid of challenges and we know what we are doing," Mali added.
