Gitex Global to hold major AI fair in Belgrade during EXPO 2027

DUBAI - Gitech Global, the world's largest tech fair, on Monday picked Belgrade to host its first-ever event in southeastern Europe, Gitex AI Serbia, in May 2027 during specialised EXPO 2027.

The decision was announced at the opening of the 45th Gitex Global tech expo in Dubai, confirming Serbia's position as a growing hub of innovation and new technologies in its part of Europe.

Serbian companies and startups are also featured at Gitex Global 2025.

Serbia is also a partner country at the Dubai fair, which has brought together more than 1,000 exhibitors, drawing 200,000 visitors.
