Contract on Czechia's participation in EXPO 2027 signed in Belgrade

BELGRADE - Serbia's EXPO 2027 Commissioner Jagoda Lazarevic, who is also minister of internal and external trade, EXPO 2027 Director Danilo Jerinic and Czechia's EXPO 2027 Commissioner Kristof Safer signed on Wednesday in Belgrade a contract on Czechia's participation in the specialised expo.

The contract, signed at the EXPO Playground at the Belgrade Fair, will enable the implementation of further operational steps towards Czechia's involvement as a participant country.

EXPO 2027 Belgrade will be held from May 15 through August 15 2027 under the theme of Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All.

To date, more than 135 countries have confirmed their participation in the event.
