BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and Finance Minister Sinisa Mali received French Ambassador to Belgrade Florence Ferrari on Friday to discuss bilateral economic cooperation as well as numerous joint projects involving French companies.
"They are projects such as the Belgrade metro, which is enormously significant for the City of Belgrade, as well as the super computer and data centres, which is important because we are keeping up with new technologies," Mali posted on Instagram.
The minister noted that French companies had also partnered Serbia in the construction of a Vinca landfill facility as well as at the Nikola Tesla Airport.
"These are all successful projects, which is giving us an impetus to continue to work together," Mali added.
"All that will contribute to even better economic as well as political relations between the two countries," he posted.
He also noted that he was glad France would be participating in EXPO 2027 Belgrade and that he believed the country would present all it had to offer in the right way.
