LONDON - Serbia will register 2 pct GDP growth in 2023 and 3.5 pct growth in 2024, according to the EBRD's latest Regional Economic Prospects, released on Tuesday.
The Western Balkan region will see 2.2 pct GDP growth this year and 3.4 pct growth next year.
The projection for the Western Balkans is practically unchanged from the previous forecast, released in February.
The slowed growth in the region in 2023 will be due to inflationary pressures and a subdued outlook for advanced economies in Europe, the report says.
