Vucic meets with European, international officials in Paris

PARIS - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with European and international officials at an Elysee Palace reception in Paris on Friday.

"We all share the same desire - that our national teams achieve the best possible results. I believe in Serbia," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account.

The reception for 100 hand-picked guests - world leaders and presidents of international organisations - was hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron before the opening ceremony of the 33rd Summer Olympic Games.

Prior to the reception, Vucic was welcomed by Macron and his wife Brigitte.
