Serbia, Israel sign MoUs on cooperation, declaration on tech innovation

BELGRADE - Serbia and Israel signed three MoUs on cooperation and a declaration on tech innovation in Belgrade on Wednesday.

The documents were signed at a Serbia-Israel round table on synergy in innovation and commerce, with the presidents of the two countries, Aleksandar Vucic and Isaac Herzog, in attendance.

A MoU on cooperation between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (PKS) and the Israel Export Institute was signed by the heads of the two institutions, Marko Cadez and Nili Shalev.

On behalf of the PKS, Cadez also signed MoUs with Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce President Shachar Turjeman and Manufacturers Association of Israel representative Marian Cohen.

The director of the Serbian government Office for Information Technology and eGovernment Mihailo Jovanovic and Israeli Innovation Authority official Shlomi Kofman signed the declaration on tech innovation.
