Vucic meets with Kallas, other European officials

TIRANA - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with EU foreign policy and security chief Kaja Kallas, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and other European officials in Tirana on Friday to discuss strategic issues important for the future of Europe.

The discussions took place during the European Political Community summit in the Albanian capital.

In a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account, Vucic wrote that he had also had good discussions with Spanish PM Pedro Sanchez, Slovak PM Robert Fico, Prince Albert II of Monaco, Swiss President Karin Keller-Sutter and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

"Good discussions about strategic issues shaping the future of Europe. In a time when Europe calls for more togetherness and resilience, today's gathering is a valuable opportunity to exchange views on how to preserve peace, protect democratic values and strengthen our economic and security architecture," Vucic wrote in the post.
